Real Estate Consultant

Real estate consultants guide clients to buy and sell real estate. As sellers, they help clients sell their homes and offer advice on how to prepare their home for a successful and quick sale.
A real estate advisor is someone who provides professional investment and financial advice to clients who are considering buying, selling, or investing in real estate. They work closely with people during the buying and selling process of real estate.
Unlike traditional brokers, real estate advisors are completely voluntary. Both roles usually require a real estate license or brokerage license, but a real estate consultant will advise the client and do research and analysis to explore the viability of different properties and locations. Consultants cannot replace real estate agents or brokers during the actual transaction because they are not involved in the sale of real estate.
The advantage of hiring a consultant lies in the additional services we can provide, including market analysis / modeling, leasing management, and asset management. Therefore, real estate advisors work with builders, business owners, or third-party investors such as banks and credit unions, as well as a variety of customers, including financial lenders.
Unlike regular agents, US real estate consultants set hourly rates for services while working with customers.
